Welcome to the Shelby County child support office webpage. Our office is located at 3915 South Mendenhall Road, Memphis, TN 38115.

Office hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday – Friday, and 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM the second and fourth Saturday of each month.

Our office is committed to providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of the child support community. If you prefer to contact us via phone, our number is 901-432-6700.

Our services include, but are not limited to: Establishment of parentage, Order Establishment for support, Enforcement of existing orders, Employment Services support for un and under employed individuals obligated to pay support, training and information on rights and services available to individuals who need or pay support.
