MAXIMUS and the State of Tennessee are proud to announce the grand opening of the new Shelby County child support office. The new office is located at 3915 South Mendenhall Road, Memphis, TN 38115. We look forward to serving the children and families of Shelby County and we are excited to be a part of the wonderful Memphis community. MAXIMUS remains committed to providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of the child support community. Please remember, as of July 1, 2009, child support employees will be located at our new location and we will be available by phone at 901-432-6700. Court hearings for child support will still be held at the Memphis and Shelby County Juvenile Court.
